TestGrid is currently hiring for the following positions:

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

TestGrid is looking for world-class, passionate sales professional that will be responsible for generating new business in existing accounts by providing insightful and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning business and wants to be part of a winning team in a dynamic and fast-growing organisation. 

The primary responsibilities include:

•    Drive revenue growth through generation of new business with existing clients having a focus on ASX Top 200 organisations.
•    Position the company as a world leader by providing innovative solutions that challenges and educates clients.
•    You are exclusively focused on driving business by tapping into client opportunities within the HR and Recruitment Industry.

You exemplify personal drive, determination, process excellence and high levels of passion. You have a track record of proven success in finding, managing and closing business autonomously. You are strategic in your approach to selling and you have familiarity with formalised sales processes.

You are analytical in the approach to your opportunities and you are thoughtful in the execution of sales strategy. You drive best practices and share insights with your teammates. You proactively seek out opportunities for growth and invest in making the company stronger. You always strive to improve and they care about the clients’ best interests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Drive revenue growth.
•    Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline.
•    Close business consistently at or above quota level.
•    Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory.
•    Build strong personal relationships with stakeholders and partners.
•    Create accurate forecasts and deliver on your objectives.
•    Give feedback and advice to others when you see an opportunity for improvement in performance.
•    Seek out opportunities to be a leader on the team.
•    Listen to the needs of the market and share the learning’s with Product Development Team.
•    Be proactive about solving problems.
•    Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
•    Do everything you can to help the company achieve its objectives.

Performance Criteria:

•    Discipline to follow the sales model but with enough instinct to intelligently shorten sales cycle when appropriate.
•    Ability to manage a large number of prospect opportunities simultaneously. 
•    Competitive Selling- Ability to position Company products against direct and indirect competitors. 
•    Discipline and work ethic to build a pipeline.
•    Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions and the ability to create win-win relationships.
•    Ability to orchestrate the closure of opportunities consistent with the accurate understanding of clients buying cycles.

Work Experience:

•    Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high level business in a competitive sales environment.
•    Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment.
•    Previous experience of Recruitment and/or HR industry will be of huge benefit when selling our technologies to HR and Recruitment Professionals.
•    Experience with SaaS a plus.
•    Experience with Salesforce.com platform a plus.
•    Established reputation as a high performer.

Salary package is dependent on experience.

GRADUATE J2EE SOFTWARE ENGINEER

This role is responsible for developing and delivering a software solution as a member of the agile team to meet dynamic client needs thereby increasing value for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Responsible for all aspects of the SDLC of Java applications
•    Collaborates with the agile team in working closely with the business to define product direction
•   Responsible for configuration management that includes version control of programs, design documents, technical documents, object modelling and other relevant software information
•    Responsible for maintaining software standard compliance

Character Requirements:

•    Open to feedback, with a "can do" attitude and keenness to learn
•    Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
•    Ability to work independently given some scope and direction
•    Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•    Possess good organizational skills
•    Honest, with strong integrity, commitment and initiative
•    Ability to deal with clients
•    Strong desire to further career with growing IT business

Technical Skill Requirements:

•    Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
•    Knowledge of agile software development
•    Knowledge of developing web applications with enterprise Java technologies: EJB, JSP, Servlet, JMS, JDBC, JSP
•    Knowledge of user interface design (HTML, JavaScript and CSS)
•    Knowledge of OO Design Patterns
•    Knowledge of RDBMS and constructing SQL query, preferably in Oracle
•    Knowledge of the Spring framework, Hibernate and Struts 1 and/or 2 is a plus

Formal Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in computer science, or engineering, or fields related to any of these areas
