The TestGrid Sales range contains
BSRP's SPQ Gold and SkillCheck's Sales - Identity modules. These tests help
identify personality factors that predict success in sales roles
The Sales Preference Questionnaire" (SPQ*GOLD®)
measures individuals on 12 types of call reluctance® that have been
identified as key to successful sales performance. In addition to the 12
call reluctance® types, SPQ*GOLD®
includes analysis of three "imposter" scales to measure potential
productivity roadblocks separate from sales call reluctance®.
The SkillCheck
Sales - Identity range combines testing of attitudes and aptitudes. The
Identity range measures candidates along a variety of scales, including a
built-in candidness scale to ensure that questions are being answered
honestly.
SPQ Gold contains a single scale "Brake/Accelerator" score which aggregates
the 12 call reluctance® types into an overall estimate of total sales call
reluctance®. This may be used to identify the energy that is being diverted
to coping rather than prospecting.
